Malibu, California Wine Classic Event for Childhelp® Charity

The 2007 Malibu Wine Classic for Childhelp event will take place near the Sunset Grill Restaurant at Westward/Zuma Beach on Saturday, March 31, 2007.  It is the fourth annual charity event that raises awareness for the Childhelp® organization. 

The public can participate either at the Afternoon Grand Tasting event – which takes place from 1 pm to 4 pm. Advance ticket purchase is encouraged at $79 per person, a portion [$50] is tax deductible towards Childhelp®. In the evening, there is a limit of 250 guests and it lasts from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.  It features elite Central Coast wineries and gourmet catered food.  The cost to the evening event is $195 per guest of which a portion [$135] is tax deductible donation to Childhelp®.

Childhelp® was founded by Sara O’Meara and Yvonne Fedderson in 1959 and is now one of the top national non profit organization that helps "victims of child abuse and neglect" as noted in Childhelp® website.

It is a great way to help this charity as well as enjoy the opportunities to meet new people, enjoy the premier wines from Central California, Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles wineries and top Los Angeles restaurant cuisines.
