The median sales price in the same period 2007 is $2,100,000 as compared to median sales price for same period 2006 as $2,050,000.
The condominum market is lower for the first quarter 2007 sales volume reported at $10,470,000 as compared to same period 2006 sales volume at $19,298,937. 2007 first quarter appear to have dropped about 45% compared to 2006. The median sales price was almost on par - 2007 median sales price was $799,000 and 2006 median sales price was $800,000.
