Realtors Nationwide celebrate National Homebuying Month!

The National Association of Realtors Celebrates the 5th National Homebuyer Month this June, George W. Bush  declared the month of June National Homebuyer Month in 2002 in an effort to increase homeownership in the USA by 5.5 million.

Additionally the statewide Realtor association for California, C.A.R., has predicted a 1.8% median home price increase for the Golden State in 2007 over 2006 levels.

This news is great for anyone thinking of buying in southern California, the area remains popular with tourists and snowbirds wishing to relocate to places like Malibu or Pacific Palisades or the picturesque Topanga Canyon.
