After years of delays the wait is nearly over!

After four years of plans and waiting for agreements for the aging Malibu Pier, the time has nearly arrived! New attractions & restaurants could be open as early as the fall as reported by the Malibu Times.

The state owned pier’s regeneration has been spearheaded by Malibu Pier Partners^TM LLC who has signed subcontracts with the Ruby’s Restaurant Group and Beachcomber Restaurants who plan to open two restaurants and a bar on the pier. The plan is to create an authentic old time atmosphere which can be enjoyed by all ages.

The regeneration has been eagerly awaited by all and it is hoped it will go smoothly after some delays in the past. What is for sure is that this project will bring more visitors to the pier and surrounding areas.

Malibu is such a gorgeous area and is home to some of the best beaches in the world, what better place to see the famous Pacific Ocean sunset than from the pier!
