http://www.ci.malibu.ca.us/ is a great website. Most Government websites deal with the normal run of the mill issues such as permits, local ordinances and emergency service information. Not this one.
The official City of Malibu website includes a community bulletin board and local news – for instance on today, July 4th, information on celebrations – which is a great resource if you are visiting or living in the area. It keeps you up to date on events and local government goings on.
It also gives information on the areas beaches and history - the city’s incorporation for instance – on top of local school information and photos of the city! As well as information on city departments and the usual permits, ordinances and emergency service information!
The website shows what a great place Malibu is, and the community bulletin board shows the true community spirit that the city has – and so much more!
