Judy Kunisaki Reports on Local Housing Market Conditions

One of the great features of the Judy Kunisaki website www.judysellswestside.com is that she has a regularly updated newsletter which lets you know up to date real estate market news – in a similar fashion to the blog. One of the great articles she has on her newsletter is a section on current market conditions.

Most people know that in Malibu, like many local areas at the moment, it currently has a great buyers market. There is a higher than usual level of inventory along with good bargains to be found. Prices are stable and in the luxury end the market is growing at a fantastic rate.

Malibu has many unique properties and as Judy says, personally it is the time to buy, if you don’t buy now you may miss the boat! Judy reports that according to CLAW/MLS data since January until the End of June on the beach side of town there have been 58 single family home active listings with a price range of between $950,000 to $75,000,000, which have been on the market for an average of 162 days alongside many more statistics in the local condominuim market also.
