Recently reporting on Mel Gibson selling his Malibu beachfront estate and James Cameron of Titanic Fame buying up a large swathe of land, you would be forgiven to think that celebrities were buying and selling Malibu properties constantly!
Well at the moment another couple of Celeb’s have sold their Malibu Mansions, Courtney Cox-Arquette and her husband David Arquette have sold their sprawling four bed five bath mansion with 80 feet of beachfront for a whopping $33.5 million. – considering they purchased the property for $10.5 million only a few years ago it is a great investment!
Similarly, Britney Spears put her 7 bedroom eight and a half bath Malibu property up for sale a few months ago at $13.5 million – again another great investment as it was purchased at a bargain $6.9 million only a few short years ago.
