World Famous Bandmember buys luxury property in Malibu

MÖTLEY CRÜE Guitarist Mick Mars paid nearly $1.5million for a 3,603 square foot four bedroom, three and a half bath property in Malibu in June according to www.bergproperties.com who have quoted public records information.

The 1986 property is on a 0.51 acre lot in the exclusive Sea View Estates and is allegedly one of the largest homes in the community.

Mick Mars purchased the property for $1.46 million, lower than the list price of $1.495 million.
