La Paz Ranch Civic Center Development To Go Before Public
Hearing to be held on development of this land in Malibu
Two projects for the La Paz Ranch will be presented to the public by the Planning Commission. Land has been set aside for the new City Hall project as well as other parkland.
However the two developments on the parcel are for a retail, restaurant and shopping plaza and the proposals for each are different.
Local residents have reservations on the project due to traffic concerns due to its size as the parcel is 15.2 acres as well as numerous buildings on both sections of the parcel.
The meeting is being held on January 22nd at 6.30pm at City Hall in Malibu.
