Malibu Creek State Park has been the back drop for many productions over the last century. However, M*A*S*H was one of the most famous TV Show’s ever and its set was in Malibu State Park. Unfortunately due to a fire years ago the set has had to have been rebuilt virtually from scratch.
The breathtaking scenery is not to be missed by any visitor to the area.
The set is 2 miles hike from the nearest parking and is a must see for all fans of M*A*S*H.
The recreation is to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the filming of the last episode of the series. The series not only has a following in the US but also worldwide and draws many tourists to the area where it was filmed.
