Luxury Real Estate Market Thriving in Westside
With much in the national press at the moment about a Housing Market Slump in the US it is interesting to note that the luxury housing market is booming in Southern California!
Westside, the area west of LA including Malibu, Bel Air, Beverly Hills and Pacific Palisades etc. It has been noted that the luxury real estate sales have been booming with people snapping up property quicker than before!
Despite the luxury end of the market in the area performing so well buyers are cautious because of the generalised national press.
With beach houses, hideaways in the mountains and plenty of mansions of different styles to choose from there is plenty of luxury real estate in Malibu, it is just that demand for property is outstripping supply!
