"Titanic" Director is selling his 730 acres of Malibu Ranch-land
<p class=”MsoNormal” style=”MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0ptOscar winning Director of the epic blockbuster “Titanic” has put up for sale his 730 acres of prime Malibu ranch land according to the LA Times. The land is on the market for $25million.
Cameron started buying land with the plan of having a huge family sanctuary that he said he planned to christen “Tranquillity Base” however he says he wants to focus on filmmaking instead of real estate development. The swathe of land lies adjacent to Pepperdine University and has stunning views of the Malibu Coastline and the bay. The land is mostly pasture at the moment, is seen as an opportunity for a family retreat on the scale he planned or a community of smaller estates. This could be a fantastic opportunity for Malibu Real Estate. This sale will be watched with baited breath to see what happens to the prime land parcel which is one of the largest for years.
