Malibu's Famous Highway the PCH has informative website
The Pacific Coast Highway is one of the most famous sections of black top in the world and happens to run through Malibu and much of the southern Californian coast.
The Pacific Coast Highway is also, being on the coast, home to some of the most luxurious beach front property in the world!
Like most highways however they are of course subject to important roadwork. To minimize the delays to drivers and of course the effect on the environment by traffic jams, a website has been set up as a resource for residents and day trippers to Malibu and the surrounding area which will be able to keep up to date on different projects to help them planning their journey. It allows visitors to sign up to email alerts also!
With developable land at a premium in the area due to an influx of visitors and new residents keeping people moving is essential!
