Rumours that Celebrity Superstar Cher is thinking of selling her Malibu Property for $40 million

There are unconfirmed reports that Celebrity "Cher" is selling her Malibu Mansion for $40 million. The property features stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and is spread across over 13,000 square feet.

Rumour has it that the superstar is considering selling her Malibu property "for the right price" - Whilst the property is not listed formally, it is rumoured that she offered to sell the property to a fellow celebrity for $25 million, which was declined.

However it is also rumoured by a second source on the Real Estalker Blog that the "right price" for Cher to sell the home would be a staggering $40 million - if this were to occur this would be a record breaker (more than the current title as held by Johnny Carson’s home which sold last year for between $33-35 million.) Despite this it would still be way off a Paradise Cove property which if sold for its list price would take the award of most expensive sale as it is listed for $75 million.
