Star Cuts List Price of Malibu Mansion to just under $13 million

Olivia Newton-John who is selling her prime location Malibu Mansion - whose previous next door neighbor was the troubled teen Britney Spears - has reduced the property’s price by over $1 million. Down from its original price of $14 million the property is now listed at $12.95 million.

The property which is on the land side of Malibu features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms spread across 6482 square feet. The luxury home is built in the mediterranean estate style with beautifully manicured grounds of 1.28 acres. If you thought that was all you would be wrong! There is a further guest house which has another two bedrooms for staff!

Olivia Newton-John purchased the property in 2004 for just under $6 million. The street, "Retreat Court" in Malibu is not untouched by Hollywood stars, Titanic director James Cameron also owns property there!
