Mayor Pamela Conley Ulich Sets Out Plans for Malibu!
Newly appointed Mayor, Pamela Conley Ulich has outlined plans for improving Malibu. A document titled "100 Day Plan for Malibu’s Future." was issued by her last month which outlines her agenda for the city.
The documents includes schemes which she would like considered by the council as well as details of local city ordinances that she would like passed. One plan is for the creation of a Santa Monica Mountains Fire Safe Council Alliance to enable better planning for brush fires in the region. This is a plan which is thought to be welcomed by all as it outlines a roadmap for better planning against disaster in the area.

One other notable mention is making Malibu reliant on green sources of energy by 2033 - the catchy soundbite, "Fossil Free by ’33"
What is certain is that these ambitious plans are all aimed at improving the life of residents and visitors to the area.
