 With the summer nearly upon us it is "that time of year again" - the mad dash for people leasing Malibu Beach front property for the summer! The beach house is a sprawling 4,195 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is set amongst a beautiful garden with easy beach access. The property was up for lease under the same terms last year and is a real bargain considering its location.
