Tennis legen Pete Sampras has finally managed to sell his Beverly Hills estate for a whopping $23 million after a price reduction from the original price of $25 million.

 The home itself has been recently remodeled by Pete Sampras who has expanded on the mock English Tudor style home to give it a grand feel.
