Condominiums are always popular at the beach! Who wouldn’t want to wake up to that crisp ocean air with perhaps a view of the beach!

However, condominiums are having a tough time right now in the press with widely reported high inventory levels. However, condo’s may be the future of real estate. The misconception that they are small, crampt units is changing. Condos are getting larger as developers are recognising that people want more space. Also, with an aging population, demand is growing and with there being such a selection of homes on the market, in some areas inventory is falling. As such price rises may be on the cards in the near future – does this mean that condo’s could be a great investment at the moment? Only time will tell.

This is definately a story to watch in Malibu and see how the market develops. What is for sure is that now is the best time to buy for many years!
