The superstar has decided to do some updates to her home as well as reduce the price. The home was listed at $45 million in August 2008, but withdrew it in early May 2009 while the work was going on, according to her listing agent. The home has allegedly had new interiors and the price is now down to $41 million.
The home was constructed in 1999 in the Italian Renaissance style and contains seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a theater and gym in a sprawling 13,126 square feet. The property sits on a generous 1.7 acres with its own tennis court, infinity pool and guesthouse.
