You don’t need a lot of room to grow a garden. Some of us have green thumbs, some of us don’t, but if what is holding you back from growing your own herbs, vegetables, or flowers is space you should let go of that excuse and get to work. Herbs can be grown on your windowsill, and flowers can bloom on your deck!
Excuses are easy, especially for perfectionists who will only complete certain tasks when all the planets are aligned, but when it comes to your home a garden, no matter how big or how small, can add appeal and show off your space in a different way. Whether growing in a small pot or in a large bed, you can grown something if you would like to.
Being green is “in”. Eating what you grew yourself ensures that you are not eating something that has been genetically modified, sprayed with harmful chemicals, or pumped with steroids. When you grow it yourself it tastes better. When a potential buyer sees that you can grow plants in small spaces it opens the doors to possibilities. In other words, if you want to grow something let go of your excuses!
