Judy Kunisaki has been a full-time, professional real estate broker since 1987 specializing in the sales and marketing of homes in Malibu, Pacific Palisade, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air and the entire Westside. Since 1998, Judy has sold over $16 million dollars of estate homes in Malibu, $4 million dollars in Pacific Palisades estate and $3 million dollars in Beverly Hills Post Office. In 2001, she earned the professional NAR designations–Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and e-PRO certified. In addition to her extensive real estate experience, Judy also has a strong background in Financial Analysis, marketing, planning and coordination, making her the ideal choice for clients who are seeking sound, trouble-free transactions. |

A resident of the Westside for over 35 years, Judy knows the area through both personal and professional experience. She graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a BA degree in Economics and, following college, entered a career as an accountant. Over a ten year period, Judy worked her way up the ranks to Project/financial Analyst and Manager of Acquisitions with a multi-million dollar firm. From here she began her real estate career, becoming a real estate analyst, investment opportunities broker and, finally, an analyst with the Federal National Mortgage Association. Judy’s strong experience in the industry and her analytical ability is part of the reason that her clients today are so successful in their transactions.
Judy is married and a dedicated member of the community. She has taught Sunday School for third through sixth graders at Torrance Christian Fellowship for over 3 years. She regularly attends The Church On The Way in Van Nuys and officially became a church member in April 2002. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and crafts.
