Trancas Highlands, a Malibu, California community applying for a water tank.

I just read in the Malibu Surfside News dated March 1, 2007 that City of Malibu is reviewing the permit application to construct a new "500,000-gallon water tank on Anacapa View Drive to serve the Trancas Highlands."  It would provide year round water supply to about 45 residents and resource for fire support.
